The PGDM Programme offers a unique feature of Dual Specialization, where by a student can opt for subjects from two major areas of specialization, thus having a broader choice of careers. During the First year students are exposed to a comprehensive view of the management discipline and get familiarized with basic concepts in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources Management, Quantitative methods, Operations and Behavioral Sciences. All the courses in the first year are core courses and compulsory.

The Second Year Courses are structured to provide a deeper knowledge & in-depth understanding of the major areas of expertise chosen by the student. Dual Specialisations in areas of  Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business and Retail . 
Summer Internship  & Project 
At the end of the First year(third trimester), each student is required to undergo a summer training of eight weeks duration in the industry by undertaking a real life project. The aim of the summer project is to provide students with the opportunity to closely observe an organisation in operation and relate what they have learnt in the classroom to actual practice. After the successful completion of the project, students have to prepare a project report and are evaluated on the basis of a presentation on the project and a viva-voce before a panel of experts.
