The PGDM program aims at preparing young minds for responsible positions in industry, trade, commerce and other services with high level of motivation. The emphasis of the program is on value system based on Indian ethics, result oriented approach, leadership development in context of global economy, environment friendly attitude and innovative thinking and management practices. All this is achieved through a well-crafted set of curricular and extra-curricular activities, delivered by a mix of experts from academia and industry through trimester system spread over six- trimesters.
Objectives:
The objectives of this program are to:
- Develop an ability to analyze, evaluate, strategize and implement.
- Inculcate problem solving approach
- Presentation and Business Communication skills
- Understand the latest technologies with hands-on experience
- Gain in-depth knowledge of various functional areas
- Gain practical business experience
- Create interpersonal and multi-cultural teamwork competency
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation in any discipline with 50% or above marks
- A valid CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/UPSEE Score
- Students appearing in the final year examination of graduation may also apply
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
- Candidates will be short listed based on merit and will be called for group discussions and interview at Institute Campus, Greater Noida
- The overall weighted average performance will be worked out based on the following parameters, provided a candidate obtained minimum 50% marks in each of these parameters.
- 20% for academic performance
- 50% for admission test
- 15% for group discussion
- 15% for personal interview
