In order to stand out in the present competitive world, I.T.S –IM has created a Corporate Resource Centre which facilitates a process of continuous industry-institute interaction and promotes managerial leadership among students with excellent functional skills and corporate business outlook. I.T.S-IM is increasingly recognized by recruiters as one of the top private B-schools in India. Our placement process aims to match the requirement of the recruiters and the aspirations of the students. The three main placement processes conducted are:

Summer Internship

The summer internship of 8-10 weeks aims to widen the student’s perspective by providing an exposure to organizations and real life environmental situations. This in turn helps organizations to build a long term relationship with the student community.

Lateral Recruitments

This is a distinct process for candidates with prior work experience who are recruited to shoulder higher responsibilities in the organizations. We believe that students with diverse work experience in different functional areas coupled with sound academics would add value to the organizations.

Campus Recruitment

The campus recruitment aims to meet the increasing demands of the business houses. The process takes place in the month of December wherein the companies from diverse sectors evaluate the students before committing to a permanent hire.
