Admission Process :

Galgotias University accepts admission applications to a wide variety of technologically focused bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs. Online Registration

• The Candidate may fill the Online Application Form as given on the website along with complete detail by Clicking on the “APPLY ONLINE” tab given on the home page of the website.
• After filling the complete form correctly and by clicking on the ‘Submit’ icon –  the candidate will be routed to the “Axis Bank payment gateway”.
• The payment of Rs 1100/- can be made online by using your credit card / debit card of any Bank.
• On successful application, the system will generate a unique ID  which will be candidate’s unique identification number throughout the admission process
• An auto generated email/sms will be sent to the candidate’s email id/mobile no..

Library :

Galgotias University Central Library is centrally air-conditioned and consists of a number of departmental libraries which collectively support the teaching, research and extension programmes of the Institute. All students, faculty members and employees of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking library membership. The Library, besides having a huge collection of books on engineering, science and Bioinformatics, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mass Communication offers library services through its various divisions. The Library uses (Libsys/SIM) software package which is an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all in-house operations of the Library. Libsys consists of modules on acquisition, cataloguing, circulation, serials, article indexing and OPAC. The Library contributes to the fulfilment of the University’s mission by: Selecting, acquiring, organising, maintaining and making accessible a collection of printed and non-printed, primary and secondary materials that will support the educational, research and public service programmes of both students and the faculty.

 Computer Laboratory :

Galgotias University is completely connected with excellent Wi-Fi network. It has advanced IT facilities with adequate systems loaded with licensed Operating Systems and Software Packages. The network infrastructure is being served by HP Servers, Servers including Domain Controllers, DNS Servers, Mail Server, Proxy Server, Database Server and Print Server. The power infrastructure is supported with heavy duty uninterrupted power supply for all systems and servers to avoid data loss.

The internet facility at Galgotias University is one of its prominent features. The entire campus has broadband internet connection. Fast internet connectivity plays an important role in facilitating the academic as well as research and development activities for the faculty and students at the institute.

Members of the Galgotias University family can access the internet round the clock in the campus. Galgotias University is equipped with latest multimedia facilities like electronic smart boards, location-sensing microphones, multimedia LCD projectors, overhead projectors, scanners, DVD writers, laser printers, digital cameras etc. The computer labs are equipped with state of the art Core2Duo computers with the latest software’s including SPSS required for various applications. All computers are interconnected on WAN and are connected to the internet in turn. The University has established its own Radio Microwave Link facility with a high speed via RF computer for academic use.

Security :

We have G4 Security smartly uniformed, professionally trained and well-supervised security officers who are responsible for security and safety of assets, personnel and property at GEI campus.

At Galgotias Educational Institutions, we have taken a uniformly strict view on students’ security. The faculty and anti-ragging cells are always vigilant and pro-active to ensure that the relation between seniors and juniors is always based on amicability and mutual respect. As per The Honorable Supreme Court of India directives, Anti-Ragging Committee, Anti-Ragging Squad and Mentor cell are constituted at GEI which comprises of Director, Chief Proctor faculty members, staff member, representatives of civil and police administration, local media person, representative of NGO, representatives of parents and students to safeguard the discipline and well being of the students.

Hostel :

Hostel facility is available to all students. Facilities for indoor games like TT, Carrom, Chess etc. are also available. The campus hostel is surrounded by lush green lawns and play fields.
